Atkins Phase: Extended Induction

I started induction on Thursday of this past week. I am a PCOSer and need to lose the weight.

Long way to go....and have not done induction in years.

The last time I did it - the only ok sweetener was stevia and saccharin....is that still OK?

I cheated by 4 strawberries and a bite of corn on the cob today.....bummer.

I am not totally armed with high protein goodies yet and am having to get back into that mindset.

Do you guys use myplate.com to run your calories, gram counts? Is there a better one out there?

Atkins is the ONLY thing that is effective for me to lose weight. I don't have the fatigue while doing this like I do with every other plan I've tried. Believe me, I've tried EVERY OTHER PLAN... I could open a library of just diet books. I'm on day 6 of induction and so far so good. I had a michelob u ltra (2.6 carbs) last night with dinner along with a high sodium dinner so I didn't see a loss this morning ( if I did it was ounces) but I have so far lost 5 lbs in the six days. I would highly recommend doing a CLEAN INDUCTION for 2 weeks. Work the plan & the plan will work for you!
