| Good Luck Christa! Doesn't PCOS just su**! Atkins is the ONLY thing that is effective for me to lose weight. I don't have the fatigue while doing this like I do with every other plan I've tried. Believe me, I've tried EVERY OTHER PLAN... I could open a library of just diet books. I'm on day 6 of induction and so far so good. I had a michelob u ltra (2.6 carbs) last night with dinner along with a high sodium dinner so I didn't see a loss this morning ( if I did it was ounces) but I have so far lost 5 lbs in the six days. | I would highly recommend doing a CLEAN INDUCTION for 2 weeks. Work the plan & the plan will work for you! Good luck on your journey!
