| I too have PCOS, unofficially...and I'm in my 4th week of Atkins, took a week long break off induction (I allowed 25 carbs a day) and now I'm keeping it under 20 but I have included things like low carb candy that I can't have during induction...but I keep it down to a bare minimum. Anyway, I too feel like my diet is a bit sluggish. I don't know if I'm just being unrealistic or if it really is slower than it should be due to the PCOS. I'm so worried that if the PCOS creates too much of a struggle for me to lose weight that I'll end up giving up...and I really don't want to do that. What are your stats so far? Do you have any weight loss or inches lost? |
