I need this change for my future

I'm still here just haven't posted in a while. I'm down to 202 now. I haven't gotten on a regular exercise routine yet. My cycles are not regular as I'd like. It comes but not on any set routine. I'm only 3 pounds from onederland which is great. But it's taking forever for me to get there. I've been in the low twos for an entire month. But I know not regularly exercising is part of my slow weight loss. I'm very proud of my accomplishments and continue to work on my diet daily. I've never been able to keep going on a certain WOE for so long. It's been since March 18th and I can honestly say that I've done a great job for 4 months. I'm down 23 pounds!!! Wow, that's excellent and I'm looking forward to so much more.

TMI Warning!!! I am wondering if this has happened to anyone else while on this PCOS low carb journey: My cycle came a week after it had left. First, I got these outrageous pains in my lower left abdomen. Then, I started bleeding. First it wasn't bad but by day two, I was up to 16 pads a day for 3 days. The doctor was out of the office so I opted to wait until tomorrow to see my doctor. But I just thought I'd ask around here to see if anyone else had this experience. The bleeding has gotten a little less today but for a moment there, I was in quite a mess. Each time I got up to do anything, I had to go to the restroom for a change. Quite scary......

Thanks for anyone's help that may have been in this predicament at some point. I'm going to the doctor tomorrow but just wanted some insight from you. Thanks again for your help.
