| oh,i totally agree.I do think for me low carb is the only way i feel better and lose weight.I have tried even eating the so called good carbs brown rice,whole grain bread and i still have problems with the insulin resistance cuased by my pcos.I hate having to be carbed obsessive but it is a must for me.I just recently found out that women with pcos are 7 more time likely to get heart disease.That in itself makes me want to get healthy and make a change.My doctor has said the same thing to me and i hated to admit she was rite.lol! |

| I know this is the only way for me. Before I was diagnosed, this was the only way that was ALWAYS a success immediately when I would attmept. Once I found out that I had PCOS, it all clicked. Good luck on your journey...glad to be here right along side you! Amy
