| the protein stays at 30% and the carbs rise to around 20% depending on your metabol;ism fats drop to around 50% depending on how high your CCLM is your carbs should have 6-8 cups of veggies day too! it can be anywhere from 15/55 to 25/45 carbs to fats.

| My due date is supposed to be February 10TH, 2008 but I haven't had my first prenatal appointment yet, so that may change. |
