I just wanted to post what was going on with me lol. I had been sick for awhile, thought it was just the flu as I've had a bug for awhile now. Kids get it, I get it, we pass it back so on and so forth lol. I've been feeling real sick to my stomach but nothing unsual. My tummy kept feeling bloated, I kept working my abs and still no change, food just didn't seem appealing, and what is this.. my boobs got a little bigger, but no weight gain. hmmmm. I decided to take a pregnancy test. 2 lines, one you could hardly see... no can't be. Must be a faulty test lol. Went into medical, had them do a blood test and found out on monday. Hubby came home off the ship, got to unwrap his anniversary present.. a small photo album, and a pair of booties.

This will be my third, im excited and am hoping for a girl (have 2 boys), but healthy is all im really concerned about. Bit depressed of course about the whole weight gain since I just reached goal not too long ago for the second time . I'm hoping that I dont end up on bedrest again or I might gain alot more then need be.

According to my missed visits of aunt flow, im about 10 weeks. Soup atm is a wonderful thing, and so are those almond thins.

Hope you are eating your Atkins maintnennace so your litle one can have all the ketones for brain tissue developement. did you know brains ar made from ketones

Thank you! Yes, I've been in maint phase for awhile now so I'm just doing the same old thing. Makes alot of sense about my cravings I was having and such LOL.

work with your doc and you shouldn't gain too much more then what your baby needs remember you only get one chance to grow her right but a life time to shed tany pounds you get in the process.
