Now I need support on losing the bulk more then ever. I gained 40 pounds by the end of my pregnancy and lost 25 of that just in having him. I know I need to be on maintience since I am nursing my son. It is not that I eat bad but I could do better.

I will post a recent picture of me later.



I was getting so thin and its not that I'm not happy to have my son but... I really desire to be thin. I have dealt with my weight my whole life and its pretty depressing.

He is so adorable, and a home birth? I am so proud of you! You hang in there on the weight loss thing, it will gradually come off while breast feeding. I know that it is hard to keep gaining weight when you worked so hard to loose it/keep it off. I had another mini breakdown about it last night lol. I just keep hearing Not2Lates words in the back of my head.. "you only get one chance to grow her right but a life time to shed any pounds you get in the process." This really helps me and I just tell myself that for the baby it is soooo worth it! What took 9 months to put on, is going to take a bit of time to come off. Be patient, hang in there and take it one day at a time. Enjoy your time with the new baby, they grow so fast!!

I too had a breakdown the other day. I love nice dresses just hate shopping for them. I really don't like how some clothing brands are made 1-2 sizes smaller than the size they are marked as.

Keep your chin up! It will come off faster than you know! I agree with what Sashie said...breast feeding will help. It helped me to hear it too! Beautiful baby...congrats!!!
