| Congrats on baby #2! In addition to Maintenance continue with exercise such as walking & drinking plenty of H20~~all great for the pregnancy!

| Thank you I don't think it is maintenance that I am doing because I don't know my carb allowance, but avoiding white bread and starchy carbs has to keep the inches at a minimum right? |

| Hello Sarah-J! I was just googling Atkins and pregnancy because I believe in the low carb works well for me and came across your post What an amazing coincidence! We have similar names, and I just found out I was pregnant yesterday ( 2nd child !) Well, God willingly, 1st trimester and all. I even double checked in case it was some bizzare message I forgot posting. I'll be checking out the maintenance phase of my Atkins book now...and plenty of water and gentle exercise. Congratulations! |
