| I am on induction and I am pretty sure you shouldn't have any alcohol. These good people on here are better at saying why than I am. As for sweets, look at the Desserts forum. I know I have at least 2 on there that are ok for induction and there are lots of others I am sure. I know I have read several. And for different drinks, see the Beverage Forum.

| Oh yeah, good luck, welcome and check out fitday. It helps with the carb count. I know I had a surprise, but I wonder how accurate it is. I just did it for my first time and logged all 5 days of eating since I started. It has a place to journal too. I loved it. It tells you the fats, calories, carbs and protein in each thing you eat.

| Hi I tried the baked one and it is very good with strawberries I am looking for the old recipe for Spicy Eggs Hubby doesn't care for the one that's on our weekly menu ( Atkins on line )we used it three years ago but regained some lol thaks all |

| Does anyone have any Atkins-friendly (induction-friendly a plus!) Thai recipes? I am SO obsessed with Thai, so much that I eat it a few times a week.. I don't think I could wean myself off without having a seizure. LOL Thanks! |

| Hey people,someone can give an idea of how to make an egg white whipped cream which is much denser, or gelatine which is much denser in consistency, maybe if someone has tried mixing eggs whites and gello together? Any carbless solution to add consistency to the gelatine would be appreciated (except butter), thanks in advance |

| I used to have a recipe for pizza, that used ricotta cheese as the base for the crust. I know it had egg(s), a tad of flour, . Anybody know of this one? When I feel better I may have to experiment goodgal
