| Well you could make a simple stir-fry. Are you on induction or in OWL? That will limit the amount of ingredients you can use. In my stir-fry, I put water chesnuts, broccoli, snow peas, bamboo shoots, sometimes bell peppers. Some people put in cabbage, jicama, celery, all sorts of stuff!

| This is one of my absolute fav recipes and soooooooo easy peasy: Just deep fry chicken wings (no coating necessary), then drain them on paper towels and sprinkle liberally with a mixture of half 5 spice powder and half salt. A sqeeze of lemon over the top and..... enjoy!
