| Well, I'm hoping to avoid sour cream because it's fresh dairy. I'm looking for an everyday kind of thing, and I don't want to be eating fresh dairy every day! That's why mayo is such a good option, it's pure fat!

| Hi, Its not a cold dip but artichoke dip is pretty peachy if you don't mind the cheese carbs. http://www.lowcarb-recipes.net/recip...choke-Dip.html This one is not remotely induction friendly but may be premaintenance http://www.lowcarb-recipes.net/recip...omato-Dip.html I haven't really scrutinze these but hope they may be something you can play with ideas type thing. Here are some others: http://bestchourico.blogspot.com/200...-low-carb.html also: Caesar Mayo Dip Yield: 4 servings 2 anchovy fillets 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese Chop and mash the anchovy fillets on a cutting board. Put in a bowl and blend in the mayonnaise. Add the remaining ingredients and blend well. Cover and chill. Makes about 1 3/4 cups of dip. SUGGESTED DIPPERS: Seafood, deli roast beef or turkey, radishes, broccoli, cauliflower, snow peas Per Serving: 613 Cal (96% from Fat, 2% from Protein, 2% from Carb); 3 g Protein; 67 g Tot Fat; 3 g Carb; 0 g Fiber; 64 mg Calcium; 1 mg Iron; 627 mg Sodium; 53 mg Cholesterol

| Thanks! The lemon-mayo and sundried tomato dips sound good. I'll be steering clear of the others because they contain Worcestireshire, which has HFCS.

| Mayo plus 1. a chopped chipotle pepper and some lime juice 2. lemon juice (really simple, but the lemon juice gives it enough zing to compliment chicken, pork chops, fish, etc.) 3. a bit of ketchup---tastes sorta like Russian dressing. 4. a bit of ketchup, grated onion, and chopped dill pickle---tastes sorta like thousand island dressing 5. Dijon mustard and a little sweetener---tastes like a "honey mustard" thing. 6. toasted sesame oil, grated gingerroot and a bit of rice vinegar 7. sriracha sauce (that's a type of Thai red hot pepper sauce) 8. horseradish The mayo-chipotle pepper is my fav---I like spicy food!

| Thanks ladies! I'm writing those down. I like that they're very simple...almost too simple...I feel like a dolt for not thinking of them on my own. But I'm a "plain foods" kind of girl most of the time.
