Blue Cheese Stuffed Buffalo Chicken Breasts Ingrediants- 4-6 boneless chicken breasts
- approx. 16 oz. crumbled Blue Cheese
- Hot Wing Sauce (home-made is always the best, you know what is in it)
- 2 celery stalks cut into thin strips for side or garnish
Directions - Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Salt and pepper the chicken breasts
- With a sharp knife cut pockets into the chicken and stuff with blue cheese, use a tooth pick to secure your pocket
- Sear chicken breasts on each side about 3-4 minutes, until brown
- Bake 10-15 minutes in oven (or until done... )
- Generously cover chicken with hot sauce and bake an additional 5 minutes
- Remove toothpicks and drizzle a little more hot sauce
- Garnish with celery strips
My home-made hot sauce recipe Hot sauce mixed with butter and white vinegar on the stove top (hey, I never said I was a complex!) | |
