| Buy cauliflower, shred it like you would do with cheese... and voila! rice cauliflower. Btw, the cauliflower pizza is SO delicious!

| I buy the frozen cauliflower cook it a bit in the microwave strain out as much water as possible THIS IS IMPORTANT! I have a mini chopper/processor from the store. I think it was like 5.00 during the holiday sales (thanksgiving). Its perfect for this. If you have a food processor it will work just a bit more clean up than the mini processor. We had the pizza last night and I had leftovers for lunch its definitely my favorite low carb meal. |
