www.genaw.com/lowcarb

pretty much all the recipes with the astrick are induction friendly. I am a dessert junkie, so I am digging the lowcarb keylime pie....no crust of course.I beat the cream until stiff first, then add room temp cream cheese, boil water in microwave for 3 min to dissolve jello powder*sugarfree( choose any flavor I love them all. I have tried a bunch and cant find one i dont like) I also like my desserts sour so I add lemon jiuce when making lemon cheese cake. in fact I made one today, but withheld the lemon juice just to see how I liked it

CRUSTLESS KEY LIME PIE
1 small package sugar free lime jello
1/2 cup boiling water
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon lime juice, one small lime
Lime peel, finely grated, one small lime
1/2 cup heavy cream (see note below)
Dissolve the jello in the boiling water, stirring for 3 minutes. Beat the cream cheese in a medium bowl with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually beat the jello into the cream cheese (this will make a mess and splatter all over the place). Add the lime juice and rind. Add cream and whip until fluffy. Pour into a pie plate that has been sprayed with nonstick spray. Chill until set.
Makes 4 servings
Do not freeze
Per 1/4 Pie: 312 Calories; 31g Fat; 6g Protein; 4g Carbohydrate; trace Dietary Fiber; 4g Net Carbs
Per 1/6 Pie: 208 Calories; 21g Fat; 4g Protein; 3g Carbohydrate; trace Dietary Fiber; 3g Net Carbs

I give it 5 starsNOTE: I couldn't get the cream to get fluffy. I think it should have been beaten until stiff first, then folded into the cream cheese, jello mixture.

Wow, I'm in love! Those recipes were bomb. Mock danish=oral decadence. Kudos to whoever thought that one up.

It makes such sense to me to have one. At present you have to go sifting through the recipes forum trying to find ones that are ok for inductees, it takes a lot of time and it's pretty inconvenient.

If an Induction Recipes forum exists and I have somehow missed it, never mind
