| Alright, I did some hunting and found the below recipe. It calls for bottled chili sauce, but I'm thinking that most of those sauces will contain sugar of some sorts. I've included a recipe for homemade chili sauce which you can adjust for volume (as it's written, it makes six pints) Hope this is roughly what you're looking for ________ Easy crockpot Buffalo wings are browned then cooked in and served from the crockpot. Buffalo wings with blue cheese dressing. Ingredients: 4 pounds chicken wings 1 1/2 cups bottled chili sauce 3 to 4 tablespoons bottled hot pepper sauce 1 recipe Blue Cheese Dip or bottled Ranch salad dressing Preparation: Directions for Buffalo chicken wings. Cut off and discard wing tips. Cut each wing into 2 sections. Rinse chicken; pat dry. Place chicken on the rack of a broiler pan. Broil 4 to 5 inches from the heat for about 10 minutes, or until chicken is nicely browned, turning to brown both sides evenly. Transfer chicken to crockpot. Combine chili sauce and hot pepper sauce; pour over chicken wings. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours or on HIGH for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Serve Buffalo chicken wings with Ranch dressing or the following Blue Cheese Dip. Blue Cheese Dip 3/4 cup mayonnaise 1 clove garlic, minced 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley 1/2 cup sour cream 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 1 tablespoon white vinegar 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese salt and pepper Combine all ingredients; chill for an hour or two. Serve as a dip for the Buffalo wings. Makes about 1 1/2 cups of blue cheese dip for Buffalo chicken wings. Crockpot Buffalo Wings With Blue Cheese Dip _____ 3 qt Tomatoes peeled, chopped (about 18 2 cup Chopped green peppers (about 2 medi 2 cup Chopped onions (about 2 medium) 2 tsp Salt 3/4 tsp Cinnamon 3/4 tsp Cloves 2 cup Vinegar 3 tbsp Liquid artificial sweetener Preparation: Combine all ingredients in a large sauce pot. Bring to a simmer. It may require 3 to 4 hours of cooking time. When the mixture reaches the desired thickness, pour hot, into hot jars, leaving 1/4 inch head space. Adjust caps. Process 15 minutes in boiling water bath: yield about 6 half pints. 1 Tbsp. = 6 calories Chili Sauce (Sugar Free) Recipe, Diabetic Sauce Recipes from InformationAboutDiabetes.com
