Induction Barbequed chicken

does anyone know a recipe for barbeque chicken during induction phase that can be baked in the oven?

Everytime I come across a simple recipe for Atkins I file it away
Hopefully, you can find lowcarb ketchup. It's hard to come by lately by my neck of the woods....



Diet Rite Cola Chicken

Feeds 4

4 chicken breast
1 can diet rite cola
1/2 cup low carb ketcup

put in a medium sauce pan (yes the raw chicken too) and bring to a boil. Put a lid on it and turn to medium heat for 30 minutes......take the lid off an let simmer for another 10 minutes.

This makes a really good bbq chicken. I shread it up and just keep some in the fridge
