| It's been a week....have you found a cookbbok that suits you? I like to experiment on my own....or take a recipe I liked pre Atkins and convert it. Of course, since i don't write it down, it never comes out the same twice |

| Sugar Free Sheila's stuff is REALLY good, i highly recommend it! She has a few free recipes here: Sheila's Low Carb, Atkins & Induction Friendly *ORIGINAL* Recipes Page! so you can give her a test drive before ordering the cookbook - her stuff is wonderful. Also check here: The Lighter Side of Low-Carb (she has recipes in the right-hand column - some really creative ideas!!!) And here: Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes - Recipes (She has stars next to everything that's induction-friendly so you know what's good for you early on ^^ She also gives the reicpes star ratings so you know what's better to try & what needs some work still) |
