| Fat Free ? I see that you want to lower your fat intake thats good but you need some fat, why deprive your self with no taste or just bad tasteing foods... Try this , this is the for the chip & dip fans out there, get regular cream cheese and a can of rotel ( salsa ) . Heat cheese in microwave for thirty to fifty seconds to soften, mix can of rotel and warmed cream cheese together untill it is all incorperated to a nice creamy blend, then get the bigest bag of porkrinds and your mouth will have a great big permagrin out .....lots of luck Mark M. |

| I don't understand why people come on here talking about low fat this, potatoes this, why should I not eat low fat etc. Don't people even understand what the Atkins AKA low carb diet is? I'm sorry if I'm being rude, but with Atkins, you don't need LOW FAT! You eat regular cream cheese, full fat cheeses, olive oil, regular sour cream, but of course you don't know that because you did not read the book!!!! |

| Well, I did full fat on induction, but now I buy several things low fat (fat free is just too gross) to watch my calorie intake. |
