| 1 cup pumpkin with 1 tbsp cream cheese sweetened with stevia (although most people here use splenda...if you don't mind that it's a neurotoxin) microwave 30 seconds to warm. yum! liz |

| I'd purchase a food processor & grind up whatever you feel like...Steamed veggies are soft too..

| you can eat soup, porridge and cereal. not sure bout cereal but my family members get themselve cereal when they can't eat something tough. |

| You can have pumping on Atkins. Yes. It is on the list of other vegetables in the book. So it is limited to 1 cup. I like to mix it with some cream cheese, splenda, cinnamon, nutmeg and heat it in the microwave.
