Default Help! Having 10 teeth pulled

If anyone knows what types of soft food I can eat it would be a great help. Having oral surgery a week from Friday. Thanks, Kathleen

1 cup pumpkin with 1 tbsp cream cheese sweetened with stevia (although most people here use splenda...if you don't mind that it's a neurotoxin) microwave 30 seconds to warm. yum!

I'd purchase a food processor & grind up whatever you feel like...Steamed veggies are soft too..

I think this is quite obvious... but no porridge or cereals unless you're on the higher rungs of OWL!

You can have pumping on Atkins. Yes. It is on the list of other vegetables in the book. So it is limited to 1 cup. I like to mix it with some cream cheese, splenda, cinnamon, nutmeg and heat it in the microwave.
