| Here's the link. Make sure to modify it to make it a good low-carb food choice. I'm sure you already know, but since I posted the link I want to make sure others reading this post know what to do. You should make homemade whip cream using heavy whipping cream and sweeten it with splenda. I remember reading before that the light cool whip had more sugar than the regular - yikes! Use regular, full-fat, cream cheese. I have no idea about the sugar-free chocolate syrup...check the label. |
