| Here you go- Rung 6- Legumes Low Carb Bake Mix 1 cup soy flour 2 cups soy protein isolate 2 tbls. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 2 tbls. splenda (or allowed sweetner) Sift all ingrediants together. Store in air-tight container and store in a dark cool place. Makes 3 1/4 cups. Yields: 3 carbs per 1/2 cup. Use as you would commercial Atkins baking mix.
