If you want tried and true opinion--I didn't like it at all. It is soft and soggy, except at the very edge. The taste was okay, but I don't like soggy. Another member tried it and PM'd me to see if he did something wrong, because his came out soggy, except on the edges.

I think most people around here use Cleo's recipe... Is this what you're looking for?

Thank you, ladies!! I knew you'd come through for me!

Well, I certainly don't want soggy! Think I'll go with Cleo's recipe although I don't have fennel or oregano. Would it taste nasty without it? I'm trying to branch out now and then and enjoy something delicious that might even take some (gasp!) work in the kitchen!! The only thing I have for sauce is tomato sauce but that would work okay for me as I am low in carbs today and my pizza treat after 4 1/2 months has only been pepperoni and cheese nuked in the microwave! Thanks again!

I personally love the cauliflower pizza. I don't use any spices in the crust. I have found the secret to a great crust is to pat the crust out as thin as you can prior to baking it. Hope this helps & ENJOY!!

I didn't have fennel and oregano either, so I used other spices. Mine comes out fine, but I only make 1/3 of the recipe (portion control issues), so its diameter is smaller.

I went out and picked up the oregano, they didn't have fennel at the store. I got some Italian seasoning too and a bit of that ought to be good. I picked up some pizza sauce while I was at it! I'm going to have to study up on riced cauliflower. I have a raw head of cauliflower, no frozen bag of it. Should I go ahead and grate the cauliflower and then cook it in the microwave? It looks like the pizza will have to wait until tomorrow as I have blown much of the day on exercising, cleaning and grocery shopping!!

Yep, I use a cheese grater as well. I grate the raw cauliflower and then cook it in the microwave.
