If you search the OWL Forum, you should find a thread about homemade yogurt. If it's not there, then try the Food Chat Forum. As for frozen yogurt....never tried it. But I looked at it this way, this is Atkins. Why eat frozen yogurt which was developed as a lower fat alternative to ice cream? I make ice cream alot less than I did before, these days I'm sticking more towards granitas and sorbets (because they're simpler to make than ice creams, imo.)
