| During the weight loss phase, I used to absolutely go nuts with their scampi during the AYCE Shrimp Days ... I mean to the tune of 40-50 scampi at one sitting! I SAY, ENJOY! Betty

| That's what I tend to get when I go there, the chicken and shrimp scampi. Since it's packaged (Oh no, did I let their secret out?) I imagine there must be some for preservatives, but it can't be that much. It's never negatively effected me.
