Cosi Salads, a Lesson in Preparation | | A friend of mine really enjoys eating Cosi Ceasar salads every day for lunch. Now granted, he's a really skinny dude but he finally got around to checking out the nutrition facts. A chicken ceasar salad is what I would consider a 'safe' option if I were to eat out. I think a lot of the carbs in the salad are for the croutons. But still! That is a heck of a lot of fat and sodium especially just for one stupid salad. | | |
