Does anyone know the carb count on Red Lobsters seafood caesar salad? I looked every where I can't find any nutritional info.

I looked and couldn't find it. You might try asking them they have a contact us option on their site. They might can tell you.

They have a section called lighthouse menu that shows an option of Low carb lifestyle but that salad isn't listed that I see.

Problem is that that is with no dressing, which is usually the key to a unsafe salad (after removing the croutons of course). I'd suggest just calling up and asking what the ingrediants in the dressing are.

Your right I am going to have to give them a jingle. I send and email and all their reply said was " go to our web site and the nutrional info for the light house menu will be there for you to view." Well to bad that salad isn't part of the light house menu. Oh well I will just stick with the options that I know are induction legal for now.

You can always bring your own dressing with you.
