Default Red Lobster - did I pick a good choice?

Last night my husband and I went to Red Lobster to eat. It will be the last time we'll be able to go out for a while without the child. Next week she will be having her tonsils and adnoids out AND she will have a second set of tubes put in her ears!! Agghhh --keep us in your thoughts!! Well, anyway, Red Lobster was about the best place you can eat if you are on Atkins around here (especially if you're from the deep fried south!) Anyway, I hope I didn't sabotage myself. I got the garlic shrimp scampi and snow crab legs--I know that was fine. But.......... I also order the lobster and crab seafood stuffed mushrooms. It did have seafood in them and they were smothered with cheese, but I'm not sure that that was the only thing in them. I'm still on induction and I hope I didn't ruin it with the mushrooms. What do you think? Thanks for your comments in advance! LaShae

Unfortunately they make those mushrooms with crushed oyster crackers. I'm not sure how bad they are overall but definitely not induction friendly.

Oh man, I am going to go to the Red later this week, and I was planning on splurging on the mushrooms. Dang it. Back to their online menu.
Do you know if they also use the crackers in the seafood stuffed flounder? I was wondering about that.
BTW, is there a calorie count for their food online somewhere?
