what about the dip?

hey, I am new to the group and the Atkins diet, i was wondering if when I go to Mexican restaurants is it okay to eat the cheese dip. I like to order the chicken faijtias (sorry can't spell) and dip it in the salsa and the cheese dip as well. Is that okay or is cheese dip off limits.??

I would check with them..cause a lot of times Cheese sauce is made with flour.. or cornstarch.. I LOVE that stuff though..lol
