| Ask them to stirfry your meats and veggies in oil, garlic and broth...but no other sauces. Most places will accommodate you.

| You can also get steamed chicken or shrimp with induction friendly veggies. I am not sure if soy sauce is permitted during induction, but if it is, a side order to dip. |

| I always ask for no cornstarch and have chicken and broccoli. The place by me is really nice and they know us so they always make things special for me. But most places will if you ask. |

| The Chinese restaurant that I go to around here (its the only one in my small town) will not do 'special order' dishes for me and they say that they soak their meats in sugar sauces...I don't know what to order and my hubby loves chinese...I guess I will be stuck with the sliced BBQ pork and the egg drop soup...Not even sure those are safe either! rofl

| Egg drop and some hot and sour soups are safe from what I have learned. The egg drop is better beacuse its just broth and egg whites. There are veggie dishes you might get too - like maybe just some veggies with a tiny bit of oil and garlic and soy sauce. Good luck to you. |

| i love chinese food..i was raised on it.. the problem is i am sure they put carbs in anything. i had the sauteed broccolli and no rice.. i was starving the next day... i can only assume they thicken the sauce no matter what I ask them to do.. its a shame cause i love chinese food.
