im missing panara bread!!!

My only advice...Don't go there! I would just stay away for now, until you are in a phase where bread can be consumed. Induction and bread based restaurants do not mix. Just my opinion.

I like their broccoli cheese. It's only 11 carbs, with 2 g fiber, so 9 net carbs. HTH.

I love Panera, but have to stay away right now. I love bread and it is too hard to go in and smell it just sitting there. Here is the link to their carb info.
