Default Red Lobster?

Please help! I'm going to Red Lobster today. What should I order? I know the basics fish, shrimp, lobster, crab, (not breaded of course)

What has me stumped is I planned on getting the ceasar salad, I read it has 15 carbs?! Anyone know about their salads or possibly lobster bisque?

Thank you! This board is the best!

When I go to Red Lobster I have Steak with a side order of brocolli and my salad I have the Ceasar, just make sure to tell them no croutons, that is probably where the carb count is coming from.

Their web site is helpful - go to the lighter menu and it tells you fat, calories AND carbs. I think they try to be low-carb friendly.

You can't go wrong with a pile o'crab legs!

OMG, I was just there yesterday!

They have a new line of "Wood Fired" seafood/protein that's amazing.

The one I had was scallops, shrimp and chicken, marinated in garlic and butter. I dumped the rice pilaf that it was bedded on and asked for extra broccoli and melted butter.

Sumptuous.

I also carry my own dressing...Marie Calenders' ceasar.

Cheers and good luck!

Shelley
