| It's in the book: chapter 19 "Eating in the Real World". There's a subsection called "Making Fast Food Friendly". The best thing I did when I was on Induction (because that's the phase where most people don't know how to eat at home or outside) was to keep a copy of the Induction Acceptable Foods List and the Rules of Induction with me at all times. That way, if I was at a restaurant or the supermarket and I didn't know if hummus was legal, I could look it up and see.

| Thanks, I thought that it was in the book but I gave it away - wish I hadn't now. I've been meaning to buy another copy and there's one in the local charity shop...
