Default For Those Of You Who Love Olive Garden... (Induction Friendly)

I would suggest 3 options...

Herb Grilled Salmon
5 carbs - 2 fiber = 3 net

Pork Filettino
7 carbs - 3 fiber = 4 net

Steak Toscano (this is a 14 oz steak!)
8 carbs - 3 fiber = 3 net

All of these are from the "Garden Fare" menu at OG. My suggestion is if you have to have OG, order to-go whenever possible with a salad no crutons no dressing/dressing on the side. If I remember correctly, they will hook you up with some olive oil and vinegar for the salad (and if you flirt with your server, they might be so kind as to throw on an herb seasoning blend too ).

Thanks for the tip. I always avoid OG as I had the impression that there was nothing I could eat there.

You're quite welcome Hopejoy. I have found ordering to go eliminates the urge to say "screw it, waiter can you bring me some breadsticks" although you may have to threaten the server with decapitation via toothbrush if they but them in the to-go order - even though I start my induction officially on the 7th of next month, I have kinda been preparing instead of going carb crazy "while I still can" TTYL!!!
