Default Forgot my Lunch.... HELP !!

I need help.... Is a taco salad with out the shell is that ok????
Ground beef, refried beans, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese sour cream, onions.. is this ok?

Beans are not okay. Here's the list of acceptable foods for the Induction phase:

Go for a simple salad instead (no dressing) or some meat (no breading and stuff).

The good new is ..... the salad had beef, lettuce tomatos, mozzerella cheese and light sour cream and BEANS were on the side~ This is my 4th day and I feel great! Thanks for the help
