| Beans are not okay. Here's the list of acceptable foods for the Induction phase: http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...induction.html (What foods can be eaten on Induction?) Go for a simple salad instead (no dressing) or some meat (no breading and stuff).

| The good new is ..... the salad had beef, lettuce tomatos, mozzerella cheese and light sour cream and BEANS were on the side~ This is my 4th day and I feel great! Thanks for the help |
