the honest answer i am drinking way more miller lite than Dr.Atkins would approve of. But I like it. I like an atkins life style because it shrinks my appetite. I am less hungry on atkins than any other diet. I know I cheat. I feel bad I cheat. but in realty I know I am cheating this weekend. Some say that is not atkins. Who am I to judge. I like Miller lite and will have some friday and saturday.. Walked 5 miles yesterday...have to cheat somewhere to make the weekend worth waiting for
