| Sushi is not a good idea because it comes with rice. Sashimi should be okay. For Mexican food, you could order fajitas (no tortillas). And a salad maybe, but check what's in it and tell them to leave out the ingredients you can't eat. Avoid dressings too---you can bring your own, like the kind they sell in individual packets.
