Here is a little tip for restaurant visits:
Wanna order a salad but do you worry that they have only sugary dressings? No problem! Take your own dressing with you from home! I put 1:1 of extra virgin olive oil and white wine vinegar in a bottle. I took it to a restaurant last night, but I didn't need it as the veggies were of the warm kind

But I am gonna carry it with me if I know that I go to a place to have a salad.
Btw, I am darn proud of myself for yesterday. I chatted with an acquaintance in a winestore and he was offering a tasting. I was able to resist!! And yesterday when I had dinner in a restaurant, all those burgers, fries and wine tempted me, but I got the craving away by ordering a bottle of sparkling water

Phew! And it was worth it!!! Why? Because today I weigh 2 pounds less than yesterday! Yay!!!
