| My choice would be Red Lobster. I like the food and it is so easy to go low carb with a salad and broccoli as a side dish with the fish you choose. And I love crab legs. I am not sure that WingStop publish their nutrional stuff so there is not way to know how much sugar may be on the wings. I don't think the other ones post their nutrition but you can check. We do not have them where I am.

| Happy Birthday, Luis! Most of the chain restaurants have websites and a lot of them have the nutritional info posted so it's easy to check out restaurants and menus before you go. Hope you have a fun celebration with your family.
