| Your menu looks great. If eating three meals per day makes you feel full, why not try spreading your foods throughout the day. More frequent but smaller meals may help to alleviate that too full sensation.

| You only eat as much to satisfy your hunger and not feel "stuffed". Since you've been on a high protein/low carb diet, you are already in ketosis and the appetite suppression of it is already working for you. Remember Atkins is a high fat/low carb diet. So, you might choose to not eat eggs with every meal to keep you from feeling "stuffed".
