| OK, thanks. Boar's Head is an excellent choice. I just discovered them myself. Well, according to Dr. Atkins, Calories don't really matter. But eat til you are satisfied, don't stuff! Hope this helps, Jim

| Cher, I'm assuming you're still on Induction, right? Re: Fitday...have you read this sticky? http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...ic.php?t=66107 You ate 6.5 (counting the blue cheese dressing) of cheese and only 1 cup of salad...holy constipation, Batman!! lol You way overdid it on the fat too, as you can see. A half cup of mayo? :confused You clearly know that you dun yerself wrong and that's a good thing you're checking yourself with this right now. It might help you if you carry a small journal around with you during the day and write down what you are eating as you eat it, so as to keep track of what's going on. Get back to basics, my friend...re-read the Rules of Induction and go over the Acceptable Foods list paying particular attention to amounts allowed. Is this a typical day for you, or did something happen to make you get out of whack like this? :confused |

| I couldnt tell you what happened today ... chalk it up to temporary insanity! LOL I'm on induction. Tell me... what is the deal with the blue cheese dressing? I eat Marie's Blue Cheese .... this could be the crux of my not losing weight! Please explain!! I'll have a regular day tomorrow and check back in with this forum, so Moochie I hope you'll be here to help me... Thanks!! Maybe I should give up the blue cheese dressing? And use maybe Ranch dressing?? :help :help :help :help |

| There's nothing wrong with blue cheese dressing! I use it...I love it! I use Renee's (I'm in Canada) and Marie's is no doubt almost the same thing..so enjoy it! But you are limited to 3 to 4 ounces of cheese daily...and you had over 6. Just keep in mind where you are with your foods during the day (food journal, hint hint) and if you've had your limit for the day, choose ranch over the blue cheese. Keep plugging your foods into fitday and give me a shout to have a look at them, ok? Maybe I'll be able to see something that can be tweaked. (Also, if you would kindly let me know what your percentages were for each day in your message that would be great! I look at that graph and the numbers and I get confuseticated :geek The link that allows me to translate that into percentages is not existent in my brain... lol) |
