Well here is my menu for the eighth day on Induction phase:

It was steak day!!!! :yes

Breakfast:
3 egg omelette
7oz cube steak
2tbls butter

Lunch:
11oz Sirloin steak
1oz cheddar cheese
1tbls of butter
1 cup summer squash

Supper:

.73lb Tbone steak
2 cups green salad
2 tbls Low Carb dressing

Tried to figure it out on Fitday.com but gave up! lol
