| When I first read your menu I thought - Not much food :yikes But on seeing that you intend to eat twice what you listed it looked to be a better day's food. Have you entered it into www.fitday.com to see how the numbers work out? You shoudl be aiming at 65% fat/30% protein/ 5% carbs
