| so when you add all that up how many cups of veggies are you having? did you add 5 net carbs of those induction veggies to your induction average daily carb limit? Are any of those vegies new to you? if so you only want to eat a new to you food 3 times the first week you add it to your food choices so you can know how it effects you and have control of any bad effects it gives you.
