| yep that is a lot, but you'd be surprised that a lot of it is good fats, and some you can't avoid for example if you eat fish like salmon, avocadoes, use olive oil etc I don't know if it makes you feel any better, but I often eat 2,000 cals or more and I am losing (slowly becaus I'm close to GW). Also, I find that I lose BETTER when my fats are 65% of higher at the moment.

| Did you get all 3 cups of your veggies in? I just see a bit of lettuce, cucumber and kale there. Also, make sure to switch up the veggies you eat and use romaine/leaf/spinach(it's generally accepted that spinach being on the 1 cup list was a typo, so we treat it as a 3 cup veggie) as your lettuce instead of iceberg, which is little more than chewy water. It's ok to be close to 20 with your carbs...remember these are good carbs you're eating :yes I know you only had a half teaspoon of fake bacon bits, but I don't think those are allowed...you have to compare their ingredients to the Acceptable Foods list. Sounds nitpicky, yes, but every little thing adds up, and a person can get on a slippery slope if they start to think "Oh a little bit won't hurt anything!" |
