| Ok, firstly, you need to get a copy of Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution, version 2002 (DANDR for short) and give it a good read, focussing on the Rules of Induction and the Acceptable Foods list. Tomato is on the 1 cup list....you ate 2. There are no other vegetables on the list...you need 3 cups of veggies a day from specific lists, as explained in DANDR Eggs...try to keep it down to no more than 5 a day If that was your whole day's worth of food, it sure doesn't look like very much. It looks like you had almost 75% of fat, which is over the optimum of 65%, your protein appears low (less than 25%). So, in a nutshell..yes you do need to get on track!! :joy So do your reading, and give it another shot and let's see how you do. :yes |

| Thanks for you reply. I lost 45lbs in 4 months 18 months ago on this diet so yes I have read and understood the book, just that those cherry tomatoes were sooooooo tempting grrrrr. Will go shopping to day and fill up my larder with all the right stuff. :geek |
