Question Am i on the right track in ALL aspects?:)

Okieesss

So Im ending my third day of induction!! I luv how much inspiration ya'all have given me!

This is todays menu:
900- Omelette: 3 eggs, 1 cup of red pepper, 2 ounces of shredded cheese



145- 5 schneiders teriyaki chicken wings (1 carb/5)

1 cup of bok choy with olive oil and vinegar

1 baby bell ounce cheese



715 -1 m&m pork chop with basil and olive oil

-cucumber and cream cheese sandwiches(1 cup cucumber, bout 2 tbsp of cc)

So what do u guys think of it?? Id appreciate any feedback! I jogged for 30 min today and did circuit training !
Well right now I can sense im gunna want a snack so im gunna look at the other forums for ideas! You guys are all so great and if you ever feel like giving up think of your influence on others and the inspiration you provide! Im thankful!

Not sure.......are you allowed 2 cups of veg that arent lettuce?I thought it was 2 cups lettuce, 1 cup on the allowed list........am I wrong?
Also, doesnt Teryaki sauce have sugar?All the ones here label sugar pretty high up on the list of ingredients..........perhaps I am wrong.......wont be the first time........just another newbie trying to help

Diva, yup, you're wrong. It's two cups from the 'salad' veggie list which contains veggies such as peppers and mushrooms, not just lettuces. It's kind of confusing because we think of 'salad' as 'lettuce'. So, it can be three cups from the 'salad' list or two cups from the salad list and one cup from the 'other' acceptable veggie list. Hope that made sense!

So, Babygirl, your menu looks pretty good! I do agree about the chicken wings. I'd like to know what the ingredients are on the label. I'm guessing that there is some sugar or starches in there, but hey, I could be wrong there too. The point is, read labels and if there is something listed not on the acceptable food lists for induction, don't eat it! Looks like you're doing great though.
