| checkout the FAQ to see the role water plays in weight loss. your idea of as much as possible will differ from mine so the rule used is 64 ounces plus 8 additional ounces for every 25 pounds over weight you are and more water if it is hot or you are a regular exerciser. it is hard to drink too much water. happy low carbing
