| The problem with lunch meat, is its so high in sodium. You also have to read ingredients, not just carb counts. Make sure the RB doesn't have sugar, or any other form of sugar in it (like corn syrup). It really is best to eat foods you cook yourself if possible.

| I agree, read the labels. Some do have carbs if they have sugar in there as a flavoring or preservative. You can get some roast beef luncheon meats that are more natural and they seem to have higher salt, but less sugar. Read the labels. I always count a lunch meat with a 0 carb count as a 1, just to be on the safe side. |
