| I think your menu's look pretty good. The only thing I'd suggest is to really measure your veggies and make sure you're following the rules of induction. Like, it's 2-3 cups of the 'salad' veggies (which includes much more then just lettuces) or 2 cups from the salad list plus 1 cup from the 'other' acceptable veggie list. You should try to eat some fat and protein too with your meals. I noticed one lunch you had just veggies. What we aim for on induction is around 65% fat, 30% protein and 5% carbs most of which come from the acceptable veggie lists. There's a free program called www.fitday.com that can help you see where things are at. Overall, not too bad! |
