| Welcome back, Anjelique no veggies?????? They are important to keep you 'regular' and add vital nutrients. You need to eat 3 cups of them (check the allowed list). Also pepperoni can contain a large amount of salt which makes some people retain water and therefore see an increase in scales weight.

| Okay thank you, I didn't know if pepporoni was safe or not, I mean with all the sodium. Thank You, and I will eat more veggies, I just didn't eat any today because I was busy and didn't feel like heating them up, but Thanks!

| Also, if you're induction cheese is limited to 3-4 ounces a day; generally one slice is one ounce. I'm not sure how much cheese you were eating with your pepperoni, but be careful about that too. And don't forget, veggies veggies veggies.
